No. You only need to provide the contact details and some basic information about what the company needs. We handle the conversation, requirements analysis, quotation, negotiations, and agreement directly with the referred company.

No. DOCK works directly with the referred company and takes responsibility for delivering the project. Your involvement can end once you have successfully introduced us.

No. A good referral simply connects us with a company that has a genuine need. We do not expect our partners to sell DOCK services on our behalf.

No. The programme is also open to consultants, freelancers, service providers, and other businesses that can introduce DOCK to companies looking for digital or technical support.

Once you join the programme, you can submit a referral through your partner dashboard. Provide the company details, a contact person, and a short description of what they may need. We will take it from there.

Before sharing someone's contact details, make sure they expect to hear from us and agree to being contacted. This gives the conversation a natural starting point and ensures that their details are shared for the intended purpose.

There is no cost to you. However, no credit will be awarded, as rewards are granted for referrals that result in an actual paid cooperation.

Yes. You can submit multiple referrals as long as each one meets the programme requirements. You can track all your referrals and their statuses from the same partner dashboard.

Each referral is verified. The referral is assigned according to the programme rules, including the information already recorded in our system and when a valid referral was submitted. The same project cannot generate multiple rewards for the same referral.

The most valuable referrals are companies with a genuine need that already know DOCK will be contacting them.

You do not need to provide a complete specification. Information such as “the company is planning a new ecommerce store”, “they need ongoing WordPress support”, or “they are looking for a team to build a custom system” is enough to start a conversation.

Every submitted referral is visible in your partner dashboard. You can check its current status and view the history of credit awarded to your account.

For one-off agreements settled in PLN, you receive 30% of the net contract value for projects up to PLN 1,000, 20% for projects above PLN 1,000 and up to PLN 5,000, and PLN 1,500 for projects above PLN 5,000.

For recurring services, the reward is paid once and equals 50% of one monthly payment. The current reward rules are always available in your partner dashboard.

Credit is awarded after the referred company signs an agreement, makes its first payment, your company has been successfully verified, and the referral has been approved according to the programme terms.

Submitting a contact, having a conversation, or receiving a quotation does not by itself qualify for a reward.

You can use your credit as a discount on eligible DOCK services, including websites, design, development of existing solutions, and qualifying technical work.

The programme does not cover SaaS subscription fees. The detailed scope is defined in the current programme terms.

No. The Partner Wallet is not a cash account, and the accumulated credit cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. It is used to reduce the cost of eligible DOCK services.

This depends on the type of work and the current programme terms. If the service is eligible, available credit can be applied as a discount in accordance with the programme rules.

The programme is intended for new companies. If the referred company is already a DOCK client or we have previously been in contact with them in circumstances covered by the programme exclusions, the referral may be rejected.

You will be able to see the referral status and, where applicable, the reason for rejection in your dashboard.

The programme is primarily designed around valuable referrals of specific companies. If you would like to promote DOCK more broadly, contact us or check the programme terms in your dashboard to determine the appropriate form of cooperation.
