Gangaru is a Wrocław-based manufacturer and distributor of high-quality inflatable attractions. Following a recommendation, the company approached us to modernise its online shop.
We focused on refreshing the look of the shop and improving the customer experience.
We simplified the customer journey by rebuilding the website's key elements.
Gangaru.pl marked the beginning of a partnership that has since produced four additional storefronts serving several countries.
For more than two years, we have stayed in close contact and continued developing the sales platform together.
We initially discussed refreshing the three main views of the shop; in the end, we redefined the entire site.
We were given a vote of confidence and rebuilt every element of the shop step by step. From the previous version, we kept only the colours and the typeface.
We made it easy to move around the site - with new navigation, a clear division of products and a simplified ordering process.
We transformed a simple shop into a growing platform that efficiently handles substantial order volumes and an expanding daily audience.
The multistore solution allows each shop to operate independently, serving different customer groups, locations or product ranges. Centralised management improves customer service efficiency, saving time and helping maximise profits.
I spent a long time looking for developers who can solve problems without needing weeks to do it.
I got Dock's contact through a recommendation and I can wholeheartedly recommend the team!
We have been working together for several years. They now look after several of our PrestaShop stores, one of which they built for us from scratch. The company is flexible with clients and proactive.
They come up with great ideas of their own, and if something breaks, they fix it right away.
Once again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
It depends on the scope: a landing page, a corporate site and a shop with integrations are three different projects. After a short call we send a price range and a scope proposal, and only then a quote.
A landing page takes two to four weeks, a corporate site six to ten, a shop with integrations three months and up. The schedule goes out with the quote and we report progress every week.
Yes. We start with a technical audit, list what needs fixing first, and take over maintenance once we both know what we are dealing with.
Discovery, design, build, tests, launch, and then care. You have one contact person and access to the panel where you can see the project status.
Yes. Maintenance packages include reaction times, updates, backups and monitoring. Scope and reaction times are set in the contract.
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We run accessibility audits, remediate sites and shops, and provide the dockaccess.org widget.
By whatever works for you: e-mail, Slack, Mattermost or a weekly call. Decisions land in writing so nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer.
Yes. We work in Polish and English, and we deliver projects for clients across Europe.
With a short conversation. You do not need a finished specification or a clear idea of the solution you need. Tell us about your business, the challenges you have and the goals you want to reach.
During the call we will help you set the direction and propose the next steps.
We are outside working hours right now. Use the contact form, or come back to the chat tomorrow between 8:00 and 18:00 Polish time.
