The Museum of Pharmacy in Łódź is a distinctive place that tells the story of historic pharmacy practice. Its team invited us to refresh the website, bring it up to current standards and encourage people to visit.

To accommodate growing interest from international tourists, the website was published in Polish and English.

We designed a space that draws users into the world of historical medicine even before they visit the museum in person.
We chose warm colours, legible typography and large photos, giving the whole an authentic, atmospheric feel.
We made it easy to move around the site - with new, well-thought-out navigation, a logical grouping of permanent and temporary exhibitions and quick access to the information pages.

Visitors can find clear information about the museum and its events on any device. A flexible administration area makes it easy for staff to add workshops, news and interesting facts.
The booking call to action is accessible throughout the website, allowing visitors to buy admission tickets in two simple steps.

What you need to know before we start
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the scope: a landing page, a corporate site and a shop with integrations are three different projects. After a short call we send a price range and a scope proposal, and only then a quote.
How long does a project take?
A landing page takes two to four weeks, a corporate site six to ten, a shop with integrations three months and up. The schedule goes out with the quote and we report progress every week.
Do you take over existing sites and shops?
Yes. We start with a technical audit, list what needs fixing first, and take over maintenance once we both know what we are dealing with.
What does working together look like?
Discovery, design, build, tests, launch, and then care. You have one contact person and access to the panel where you can see the project status.
Do you offer an SLA and support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance packages include reaction times, updates, backups and monitoring. Scope and reaction times are set in the contract.
Do you help meet WCAG and EAA requirements?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We run accessibility audits, remediate sites and shops, and provide the dockaccess.org widget.
How do we communicate during a project?
By whatever works for you: e-mail, Slack, Mattermost or a weekly call. Decisions land in writing so nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer.
Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes. We work in Polish and English, and we deliver projects for clients across Europe.
