PrimaDesign is an established interior design studio based in Poland's Tri-City area. Following several successful projects together, the team invited us to create a modern, functional company website.

Large, clear headings, prominent photography and generous space establish a premium aesthetic that reflects the services and invites visitors to explore the extensive portfolio.

We made a broad range of services easy to understand through homepage sections and navigation. Convenient portfolio filters help visitors find case studies in their chosen areas.

We shortened the path from inspiration to a quote with an intuitive contact process that encourages visitors to arrange a meeting.

The main challenge was to capture PrimaDesign's unique sense of aesthetics and translate it into the digital world.
We used a muted colour palette and opted for minimalism. As a result, the interface is an attractive, non-distracting backdrop for photos of the interiors. The key was to plan a layout in which high-quality imagery plays the leading role and text is its informative, unobtrusive complement.
We made it easy to move between the most important sections - with intuitive navigation, grouped finishing standards and filtering of projects by property type.

We built an optimised environment that presents extensive content efficiently, including on mobile devices. A simple administration area allows new content to be published in minutes.
An enquiry management system saves further time, allowing the team to focus on the substance of each client conversation.

What you need to know before we start
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the scope: a landing page, a corporate site and a shop with integrations are three different projects. After a short call we send a price range and a scope proposal, and only then a quote.
How long does a project take?
A landing page takes two to four weeks, a corporate site six to ten, a shop with integrations three months and up. The schedule goes out with the quote and we report progress every week.
Do you take over existing sites and shops?
Yes. We start with a technical audit, list what needs fixing first, and take over maintenance once we both know what we are dealing with.
What does working together look like?
Discovery, design, build, tests, launch, and then care. You have one contact person and access to the panel where you can see the project status.
Do you offer an SLA and support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance packages include reaction times, updates, backups and monitoring. Scope and reaction times are set in the contract.
Do you help meet WCAG and EAA requirements?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We run accessibility audits, remediate sites and shops, and provide the dockaccess.org widget.
How do we communicate during a project?
By whatever works for you: e-mail, Slack, Mattermost or a weekly call. Decisions land in writing so nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer.
Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes. We work in Polish and English, and we deliver projects for clients across Europe.
