We have worked with Kraków-based KFT since 2013. A decade later, it was time to modernise the websites for two of the client's properties: Hotel Villa Baltica and Baltica Residence.
We made booking options readily available throughout the website without distracting visitors from the content.
Drawing on Sopot's architecture and seaside setting, we created a fresh design that captures the atmosphere of the resort.
Prominent, categorised offers help visitors find the right stay.
A carefully planned content structure helps visitors quickly find information about the property, their stay and the surrounding area.
We took the opportunity to share our view of what a modern website for a holiday resort should be.
The previous websites - also designed by us - served successfully for over 7 years. We were given the chance to carry out a complete redesign in line with current trends.
The result is a design that reflects the seaside location of the properties, with well-thought-out navigation across the extensive content. It is complemented by a flawlessly prepared mobile version.
Drawing on years of experience in hotel websites, we developed two websites in two weeks, each with a clear focus on sales. Visitors can quickly explore the offer and make a booking from anywhere on the website.
Integration with an external booking engine and an intuitive administration panel reduce the time spent managing content and make handling bookings even simpler.
Working with Dock is a pleasant surprise from the very beginning to the very end.
Professional, very fast and, most importantly, straightforward service - if we want a unicorn on a rainbow to pop out of the corner of the browser, we will be told that of course it can be done, but it does not really fit the feel of the site.
We can send inspiration for how we would like it to look, the site is designed based on our requests, and then, with the demo version, we can add further comments or observations here and there. You do not have to point out every little thing.Once the project is finished, the company looks after it just as reliably: when new content needs to be added or something tweaked here and there, it is done practically the same day or the next.
Highly recommended, and I hope the company keeps growing.
It depends on the scope: a landing page, a corporate site and a shop with integrations are three different projects. After a short call we send a price range and a scope proposal, and only then a quote.
A landing page takes two to four weeks, a corporate site six to ten, a shop with integrations three months and up. The schedule goes out with the quote and we report progress every week.
Yes. We start with a technical audit, list what needs fixing first, and take over maintenance once we both know what we are dealing with.
Discovery, design, build, tests, launch, and then care. You have one contact person and access to the panel where you can see the project status.
Yes. Maintenance packages include reaction times, updates, backups and monitoring. Scope and reaction times are set in the contract.
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We run accessibility audits, remediate sites and shops, and provide the dockaccess.org widget.
By whatever works for you: e-mail, Slack, Mattermost or a weekly call. Decisions land in writing so nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer.
Yes. We work in Polish and English, and we deliver projects for clients across Europe.
With a short conversation. You do not need a finished specification or a clear idea of the solution you need. Tell us about your business, the challenges you have and the goals you want to reach.
During the call we will help you set the direction and propose the next steps.
We are outside working hours right now. Use the contact form, or come back to the chat tomorrow between 8:00 and 18:00 Polish time.
