Automated data and report processing

It is an automated flow that extracts data from sources, cleans it, and makes it ready for use—known in the industry as ETL. It helps any business where someone regularly exports files, copies columns between spreadsheets, and pieces reports together. The more frequently it happens and the more sources you have, the more automation pays off.

From most systems your business runs on: your online shop, ERP, CRM, ad platforms, analytics tools, databases, as well as CSV and Excel files uploaded to a shared folder or received via email. The only requirement is a consistent, supported access method—an API, an export feed, or direct database access. We audit every source before providing an estimate.

We start with the outcome, not the sources: what report or summary needs to be created, for whom, and how often. Then we trace where each number originates, define cleaning and merging rules, build the workflow, and compare its output with the manual report used previously. We switch over only when the numbers match or we clearly know why they differ.

The number of sources, how we access them, and the health of the underlying data. Two systems with clean APIs take less effort than five files in different formats with customer names formatted three different ways. Frequency matters too—data refreshed every few minutes requires a different architecture than a summary generated once a month.

They often are at first. The issue starts when the spreadsheet depends on a single person, formulas break whenever an export changes, and generating the report takes hours. Automation doesn't have to replace spreadsheets—it can simply populate them with live data so your team keeps working in familiar tools.

The pipeline catches it and raises an alert instead of producing flawed figures. We validate the schema and completeness of every data batch, so an unexpected column or altered file format triggers a notification rather than silently outputting zeroes in your report. As part of ongoing maintenance, we update pipelines to accommodate such changes and integrate new sources.
