Katarzyna Rogowiec is a multiple Paralympic medallist and the founder of the Avanti Foundation. Our task was to create a website that tells her story and introduces her work in the community.

We brought together the website's two roles: presenting an accomplished athlete and sharing the foundation's ongoing work.

We focused on Katarzyna's story, highlighting her determination, her journey to winning medals and the barriers she has overcome.

We focused on positive emotions - the guiding ideas were determination and strength of character.
We made room. A bright, bold colour palette and minimalism make the ideal backdrop for Katarzyna Rogowiec's achievements and message. We wanted to tell a story - from her first successes to supporting others every day.
We made it easy to move around the site - with a clear split into the foundation and personal areas, quick access to news and accessible navigation.

The priority was to make day-to-day administration as intuitive as possible for the owner. We implemented a content management system that enables her to edit all content independently, without involving developers.
The result is a fast website designed to support future growth, working smoothly on desktop and mobile devices.

What you need to know before we start
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the scope: a landing page, a corporate site and a shop with integrations are three different projects. After a short call we send a price range and a scope proposal, and only then a quote.
How long does a project take?
A landing page takes two to four weeks, a corporate site six to ten, a shop with integrations three months and up. The schedule goes out with the quote and we report progress every week.
Do you take over existing sites and shops?
Yes. We start with a technical audit, list what needs fixing first, and take over maintenance once we both know what we are dealing with.
What does working together look like?
Discovery, design, build, tests, launch, and then care. You have one contact person and access to the panel where you can see the project status.
Do you offer an SLA and support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance packages include reaction times, updates, backups and monitoring. Scope and reaction times are set in the contract.
Do you help meet WCAG and EAA requirements?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We run accessibility audits, remediate sites and shops, and provide the dockaccess.org widget.
How do we communicate during a project?
By whatever works for you: e-mail, Slack, Mattermost or a weekly call. Decisions land in writing so nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer.
Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes. We work in Polish and English, and we deliver projects for clients across Europe.
