What does a website accessibility audit include?
We define the scope at the beginning of our cooperation. It may include navigation, forms, content, contrast, interactive elements, as well as the checkout or registration process. We specify the WCAG version and conformance level being assessed, along with the pages and user scenarios included in the audit.
Is an automated scan enough to assess WCAG compliance?
No. Automated scans can identify some issues, but they cannot detect every accessibility barrier. Human evaluation is also required, including keyboard navigation, messages and feedback, and how the website works with assistive technologies.
Does the audit cover the entire online store?
For larger online stores, we select representative templates and key user journeys, such as finding a product and placing an order. The report clearly defines the scope of the assessment and its limitations. We do not present results from a few selected views as if every page had been tested.

How much does a WCAG audit cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the number of templates, the complexity of interactions, and the scope of testing. After reviewing your website, we provide a quote and schedule. If remediation and re-testing are part of the cooperation, we define their scope separately.
Is it worth repeating the audit after implementing changes?
Yes. Re-testing allows us to verify whether the identified accessibility barriers have been resolved. As the website continues to evolve, it is also worth testing new features and content, since the original report reflects the state of the website at the time of the audit.
